Now, on to the picks…

#5: Tyrone Tracy (RB - NYG)

Tracy is rostered in just 1.7% of ESPN leagues, and he’s the cheapest way into a Giants backfield that just changed in a big way.

  • Cam Skattebo got zero touches in Week 6 after his ball-security problems, and Tracy picked up the second-most RB snaps

  • He scored twice against the Saints: a 17-yard catch-and-run in the first quarter and a 5-yard rushing TD in the fourth

  • He’s done this before. When Tracy took over late in 2025, he averaged more than 18 opportunities per game and produced like a top-15 fantasy back

Houston’s defense has struggled overall, but is still tough on running backs, so Tracy isn’t a weekly starter yet, but he’s the best playmaker in this backfield and he costs nothing to add.

#4: Hunter Henry (TE - NE)

Henry won’t win your week by himself, but he has been a quietly steady scorer at fantasy’s most frustrating position.

  • At least 4 targets in each of his last three games, and at least 11.2 fantasy points in every one

  • Touchdowns in back-to-back weeks, including a 4-catch, 48-yard day against the Jets on Sunday

  • The red zone is his bread and butter: his 22 red-zone targets in 2025 ranked third at the position

He’s available in more than half of ESPN leagues (42.7% rostered), and he’s a reliable streamer as long as Drake Maye keeps the Patriots’ passing game humming.

Stick around: our No. 1 target is rostered in fewer than 3% of leagues, and he just went over 100 yards.

#3: Keenan Allen (WR - IND)

The Colts’ offense is sputtering, but the ball keeps finding its veteran receiver.

  • 9, 9 and 11 targets in his last three games played, and he led the team with nine in Week 5 while playing fewer than half the snaps in his return from a groin injury

  • Week 6 was his best day as a Colt: 8 catches for 82 yards against the Titans, setting his highs in targets, catches and yards with Indy

  • His style fits the Week 7 matchup: Minnesota’s blitz-heavy defense should force Daniel Jones into quick, short throws, which is exactly where Allen wins

His 9.5 and 16.2 points over the last two weeks won’t make headlines, but at 39.2% rostered he’s a dependable PPR floor play while byes drain your WR depth.

#2: C.J. Stroud (QB - HOU)

After a rocky first month, Stroud has turned into a reliable 20-point quarterback.

  • Over 20 fantasy points in three straight games, capped by nearly 23 in Week 6 (312 yards, 3 TDs against Jacksonville)

  • Over 260 passing yards in each of those three games, with six passing touchdowns during the stretch

  • A good Week 7 matchup at home against the Giants, whose defense typically allows strong production to opposing QBs so far this season

He’s rostered in just 43.8% of ESPN leagues, and with byes and QB injuries piling up, there’s no reason to leave him on the waiver wire.

#1: Omar Cooper Jr. (WR - NYJ)

The first-round rookie finally got healthy, and in his first game back he looked like the Jets’ long-term No. 2 receiver.

  • 6 catches on 7 targets for 103 yards and a TD against New England, showing no lingering effects from the high ankle sprain that cost him a month. He had a second score wiped out by a penalty.

  • His big-play ability showed up right away. He got behind the entire secondary on a 48-yard touchdown, which fits his college résumé: a Big Ten-best 21.2 yards per catch in 2024 and a 4.42 40-yard dash at the Combine

  • He’s built to complement Garrett Wilson. Cooper averaged more than seven yards after the catch per reception over his final two college seasons, and scouts compared his play strength to Deebo Samuel’s

At 2.9% rostered, he’s the top add of the week: a talented No. 2 behind Wilson with a real chance to keep that role even after Adonai Mitchell returns.

That’s the list. 5 guys who all made great cases to be picked up this week. Make your bids early.
