#4: Isaiah Likely (TE - NYG)
Likely never got a fair shot in Baltimore behind Mark Andrews, but now he's the clear centerpiece of a Giants passing game that badly needs one.
He signed a 3-year, $40M deal to reunite with former Ravens HC John Harbaugh, and Daniel Bellinger's departure to Tennessee clears the runway at tight end.
Even in a limited role, Likely ranked 6th in target separation (2.27 yards), 13th in yards per target (8.3), and 14th in yards per reception (11.4) in 2025.
He's projected to soak up the vacated Wan'Dale Robinson target share, and his ability to win on scramble drills is viewed as an ideal fit for QB Jaxson Dart — with the Giants' schedule jumping from the 27th-easiest to the 2nd-easiest for TE production.
A clear path to targets, a contract that says the front office believes in him, and a scheme built to get him the ball… Likely has one of the safest floors at his price in fantasy.

#3: Blake Corum (RB - LAR)
Corum has been stuck in Kyren Williams' shadow, but the tape says he's more than ready for a bigger workload.
He ranked 2nd in the NFL in Explosive Rating (122.9) and 6th in True Yards Per Carry (4.9)… elite efficiency even in a timeshare.
His raw numbers jumped in Year 2: 145 carries for 746 yards and 6 touchdowns, plus 27 red-zone touches.
He was already seeing over 30% of snaps late in the season per Establish the Run, and both ETR and the Rams' own coaching staff view him as a true 1B who could become a workhorse in a top-scoring offense (1st in total yards and points in 2025) if Williams ever misses time.
Even in a shared role, Corum's efficiency numbers rival any back in football… and the upside if Williams goes down is league-winning.
#2: Kenny Gainwell (RB - TB)
Gainwell was the Steelers' "MVP" a year ago, and Tampa Bay paid up to make sure he brought that production south.
He set career highs across the board in 2025: 187 touches, 1,023 scrimmage yards, and 8 total touchdowns, finishing as the RB19 in points per game (13.0).
His receiving profile is elite for the position: 4th among all RBs in receptions (73) and 5th in targets (85), with a 16.3% target share that ranked 5th at the position.
The Bucs signed him to a two-year, $14M deal as an upgrade over Rachaad White, and he's expected to lead a committee alongside Bucky Irving as the passing-down specialist behind one of the league's cleanest offensive lines.
A proven pass-catching role, a fresh contract that signals real investment, and a landing spot that wants exactly what he does best… Gainwell has league-winning PPR upside if Tampa leans on him the way the deal suggests.
#1: Stefon Diggs (WR - WAS)
Diggs just found a home, and it might be the best-case landing spot fantasy managers could've drawn up for him.
The Commanders signed Diggs to a one-year deal worth up to $12M on August 5, immediately slotting him in as the clear No. 2 receiver behind Terry McLaurin, ahead of a rookie and a group of unproven veterans.
He's coming off his sixth career 1,000-yard season (1,013 yards, 85 catches) with New England, ranking 7th in the NFL in yards per route run (2.55) and 13th in yards per target (9.9) — elite efficiency even in a limited role.
He played all 17 games in 2025, fully validating his recovery from the ACL tear that ended his 2024 season… and Washington's GM made this move specifically because camp exposed a lack of reliable weapons.
Efficient, healthy, and stepping into a clearly defined No. 2 role on a team that needed him. Diggs' price hasn't caught up to his opportunity yet, and this could be the best value on the entire board.
